Returns

You have 30 calendar days from the date of receipt to return an item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in its original condition and packaging. Please ensure you have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Restocking Fee

There is no restocking fee for returned items.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are covered by the customer unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

Customers can download and print the return label from our website. Detailed instructions for preparing and sending your return will be provided with the return label.

Refunds

Upon receiving your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment) within 5 to 10 business days, as per your card issuer’s policies.

Exchanges
